Refund policy

This policy applies to eligible purchases made through www.iuoon.com. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

1、30 Day Return Window

Eligible standard returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after the carrier-marked delivery date. Mandatory consumer rights may provide additional remedies.

2、Return Eligibility

Items must generally be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, in substantially original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use, and returned with original tags, packaging, accessories, or components and sufficient proof of purchase.

3、Starting a Return

Contact info@iuoon.com before sending anything. Include the order number, checkout email, item, reason, and photographs where relevant. Wait for authorization and the correct return address. Do not automatically send merchandise to the business address.

4、Return Shipping Costs

For preference, fit, size, color, or change-of-mind returns, the customer generally pays return shipping. For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially misdescribed items, Iuoon may provide prepaid return, reimburse reasonable return costs, replace the item, refund it, or provide another appropriate solution. Do not purchase postage expecting reimbursement unless instructed.

5、Non Returnable Items

Unless law requires otherwise, we may decline worn, washed, used, altered, customer-damaged, stained, odorous, incomplete, final-sale, personalized, or properly disclosed hygiene-sensitive items. This does not limit rights for defective, non-conforming, misdescribed, or incorrect goods.

6、Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. The fastest option for a size, color, or preference change may be to return the eligible item and place a new order.

7、Inspection and Refund Timing

Authorized returns are generally inspected within 1–3 business days after arrival. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after inspection. The financial provider may require additional posting time.

8、Original Shipping and Restocking Fee

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for preference-based returns, except where required by law. Because standard shipping is free, there is no separately paid standard shipping charge to refund. Iuoon charges no restocking fee for eligible returns.

9、International Returns

International customers may be responsible for return postage, customs charges, duties, taxes, or other third-party charges for a standard return, except where Iuoon is responsible or law requires otherwise. Contact us before sending an international return.

10、EU UK and Other Statutory Rights

Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, refund, or conformity rights. Qualifying EU distance purchases generally include a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions and requirements. Our voluntary 30-day period does not reduce mandatory rights.
