Payment Policy

This policy explains accepted payment methods, currency presentation, authorization, and payment security.

Accepted payment methods

Subject to availability at checkout, Iuoon accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. The payment options displayed at checkout are the currently available methods for the customer's device and destination.

Prices and currency

Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, duties, and taxes are shown before an order is submitted. The checkout currency and final order total shown at payment are controlling. A card issuer or payment provider may charge a currency conversion or international transaction fee; such fees are imposed by the provider and are not collected by Iuoon.

Authorization and order acceptance

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to charge the displayed total. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, legal restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If a canceled order has been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment method selected at checkout. Iuoon does not receive or store complete payment card numbers. Customers should not send card details by email or other unsecured messages.
