Where does Iuoon ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, and other supported destinations shown at checkout in Europe and North America.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free to supported destinations.

How long will my order take?

Orders normally require 1 to 3 business days for processing. Estimated transit after dispatch is 6 to 9 business days, for an estimated total of approximately 7 to 12 business days.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we send a shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours after dispatch to show activity.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 30 days after delivery. Items must meet the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Who pays return shipping?

Iuoon covers or reimburses reasonable return shipping for verified damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly shipped items. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind and other non-fault returns.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. The payment provider may require an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the credit.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Will I pay customs charges?

International orders may incur destination-country duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Unless checkout says they are included, the recipient is responsible for them.
